      Pros

      Kaseya is a great place to work be it you are new to sales or a seasoned professional. Kaseya provides great learning on the fly environment experience and wants to fully support you so you are happy and succussful. The team ethic, vibe and support is very good and the team cares about all employees and making sure they get everything they need support wise to be happy. There are endless opportunities to either shift into different job roles or move into management positions and promoting from within Kaseya is a big thing.

      Cons

      It can be demanding but I look at that as a good thing as the rewards are great if you are willing to put the work in.

      Rewards are based on merit and results Excellent career growth paths Opportunity to earn equity Incredibly stable industry

      Cons

      No real cons. A company that rewards hard work, drives for results, and has a high level of accountability. If you’re just looking to coast somewhere or think you’re special and deserve more without working for it, this isn’t the place for you.

      Pros

      If you can learn to sell/work the Kaseya way you will be able to do it anywhere but likely wont want to.

      Cons

      If you want to just earn a living and not deliver results for you work this isn't the place for you
