-Amazing people, highly driven and collaborative spirit. Everyone I work with is ready to assist and take ownership of tasks. - Very pragmatic, KPI-driven and results-oriented management - which is great for achieving results. - Executives are extremely knowledgeable and easy to approach. - Strong focus on process, communications and security - gives employees great tools to learn and grow.

Cons

-It's such a dynamic company, with fasted fast-paced and ever-evolving organization, that you must be prepared to constantly adapt to new processes and learn about new products. - There is always a lot to be done, so balancing your workload and effectively prioritizing is very important. - As a lean organization, while we have a nice budget to work with, there is always a very strong pressure for expense reporting, accountability and sticking to company policies.

Kaseya provides abundant opportunities to advance ones career, due to their market positioning and growth plans. It is fast paced, and for the hungry and keen, who can work well with ever changing needs of the business, it is a great place to grow. Leadership is engaged in everyones growth and the tangible and intangible benefits that come with it is unmatched. This is not a company where you can be a passenger, you need to own and drive things forward. Leadership has a well defined way to identify good work and reward appropriately.
