I've seen my role evolve significantly during my time here. 3- Innovative Culture: The company embraces innovation, encouraging employees to think creatively and explore new ideas, which is incredibly motivating. 4- Work-Life Balance: The management team understands the importance of work-life balance and actively supports employees in maintaining it. 5- Transparent Communication: Regular communication from leadership about company goals, performance, and challenges fosters a sense of transparency and inclusivity.

      Cons

      1- Occasional Workload Peaks: There are times when workloads can become demanding, which may require extra effort.       Like pringles, once you start you just can't stop! Flexible working hours. Great team members, masters of our craft and a pleasure to work with. Cutting edge technology. Not afraid to spend to improve infrastructure which in turn improves customer experience, Competitive salaries and bonuses. Career progression above average. Rewarded for outstanding contributions.

      Cons

      Been here 3 years and have not seen an increase in PTO. Benefits in EU are not comparable to the US employees.
