      Everything is great about the job. No micromanagement. You just have to do your job right on time and everything else is taken care of.

      - Autonomy with guidance -Definitely has growth opportunities, both role and side promotions to understand the business -Regional local teams culture -Global team interactions

      Cons

      - Better internal communications on role changes globally and regionally -Need investment in external voice/industry voice to assist with Kaseya brand reputation - Not sure if there is a Kaseya program for recognising long-term employee

      Kaseya provides Uncapped opportunities - unstoppable career growth, be it as an individual contributor or becoming a leader. Kaseya embraces diversity and inclusion and allows you to be who you are while you do your work! Kaseya is like your canvas, you just need to paint what you need to achieve. It is all up to you!

      Cons

      There are a lot of changes happening around Kaseya every now and then, with acquisitions, it's getting bigger every year with lots of challenges that come along with growing the company. I've seen it all. It is part of the journey, one must learn how to embrace changes and trust the process!
