      Pros

      Kaseya has shown me that work-life balance matters! Amazing compensation for the hard work we do, lots of growth and development opportunities, We have a challenging workplace, however, this is what makes the job meaningful! The best thing is, we have a supportive leadership team. This comes directly from the top, from the CEO down!

      Growing pains, but everyone is working towards the common goal

      Awesome culture, good compensation and career growth opportunities

      Pros

      Leadership and executive team are there to support and enable you. Great culture, company full of fun, motivated people. Good compensation, both monetary and equity options. Good chance to travel for conferences and meetings.

      Cons

      You only get out what you put in. Stressful at times, but that's sales. Company is going through massive growth so there are some growing pains with processes.

      - A place where hard-work pays off ! -Make tons of money in commission, bonuses, while also building long-term wealth with equity. (yes, it's real!) -Be part of a unicorn SaaS company that is doubling in size every 18 months -Career opportunity like no other (upward, vertical mobility) -Join a network of talent individuals from around the world -Annual trips to Miami -Vibrant in office culture

      Cons

      -Can be a bit stressful at times but that comes with any sales role! -If you do not like constant change, this place is not for you.
