Pros

Working here at Kaseya I am challenged daily. There is never a dull moment and there is always plenty of work to do. I get to work with some amazing smart people. I learn something new everyday. The vibe of the company is very positive and uplifting. If you want to be challenged and work with a plethora of different technologies, Kaseya is the place for you.

Cons

The only downside that I have with Kaseya currently is that there is no matching 401(k).

Pros

Plenty of challenges and opportunities to learn and do new things. Very diverse group of people and skills. Our sales are growing. The current management is moving this company forward.

Cons

Sometimes you have to do some work. It is a job after all. The office was toxic for some time with previous management; everything is better now.

Pros

- Good Initial Software/SAAS Job. - Placed in Brickell, good office, free snacks. - Get valuable face time with upper management. - Willing to fix broken processes once they realize it. - Opportunities to shape a fast growing company. - You can get years' worth of experience in just months if you can make it. - Free parking and flexible vacation schedule.

Cons

- They will promise you they will make things right if they are messed up, instead of actually just doing it right the first time. - Low pay for the amount of work given. - No work/life balance. - Expected to work overtime with no commensurate pay. - Training leaves you with lack of foundational skills to do the job and there is no continued training. - Commission plan is broken and constantly changing. Can never seem to make the money that is promised when hired. - Leadership changes constantly, which results in process and team changes almost weekly. This can be frustrating as you will get poor training on a new process and then once you have learned the new process it will have changed again. - Goals for the company and commission plan do not align with each other. Certain teams benefit more from commission than others. - Culture is not what is promised when you are hired. - Customers will disparage employees and management will roll over and give customers whatever they want to bring dollars in even though the billing system is so broken they don't even know how to tallyho owes them money.
