-Ticket diversity -Great teammates -Opportunity to jump to multiple teams, projects, repos on internal products or other teams -Agile - Jira - Gitlab workflow -Diverse team: SWE, QA, PM's, MGMT -Fullstack work in: PHP, typescript, symfony, react, mySQL, security, api development / mgmt -enterprise work -Friendly office co-workers -Free coffee -Huge canteen -Work / teambuilding events -Laya Healthcare Its easy to write off Kaseya because of the location (Dundalk) and pay but here me out. I have gotten a diverse set of tickets within fullstack spectrum. One day i'm looking at a spike investigating load balancers, another I'm fixing UI. You will have access to tools that leading companies use to analyze problems and bugs that formulate COA's. I'm talking datadog, kibana, grafana, postman, azure, VM work, etc. This is a great place to be a sponge and listen, be mentored. Make mistakes and learn. As my Senior QA said, the job takes 1.5 years to learn but the entire time you are working through fullstack tickets you will never get to use in smaller teams.

Cons

-A lot of work includes maintaining old PHP symfony infrastructure -Lack of Senior Engineers / Senior Attrition Rate -Pay -Location -Disparity of benefits across employees: equity, pay

Above average salary, nice colleagues with opportunity to switch between different departments

Cons

Managers change quite frequently, sometimes unrealistic targets are set. Very high daily KPI‘s which are sometimes also hard to hit .
