      Pros

      Growing company with many opportunities. New Executive team that cares about the employees, customers and the success of both. Real initiative to acquire or build products that will assist with the success of both customers and employees. Good pay structure and career paths for employees True open door policy with management A really great work culture and team spirit between different functional teams.

      Cons

      Still need to work on internal and external communications.

      Pros

      Teams working collaboratively making massive cultural changes for excellence. It isn't easy, but the rewards for arriving on the other side are worth it for the Kaseya committed team members. We feel like we are part of a big family working on something great! There is a new buzz about the company that is very exciting.

      Cons

      Long hours. Undoing the hard of the last ~3 years. Upset customers - that have every right to be, but we have to undo a lot of damage

      High rate of change Have to constantly stretch to meet management's expectations Bad attitude of some employees due to layoffs
