      Pros

      A very customer-centric company with a huge range of solutions that help customers manage all of their IT and cyber security requirements. Massive rewards and incentives for high performers and employees that can show resilience and work hard. Cool city office with a fun vibe, lots of the team enjoy drinks after work on Thursdays and have Fun Fridays. Plenty of employee benefits and perks including annual trips to Miami. Lots of training and career opportunities for those that earn and work towards it.

      Cons

      This can be a tough place to work, there is a lot to learn and you do have to work hard. If you like to relax working at home 5 days a week and work 9-5 this isn't the place for you. You will see some negative comments and posts from former disgruntled employees and customers who like to post negative stuff online. Few people post the positives so don't believe everything you read but talk to the happy customers and happy employees too.

      Resources in APAC can be limited - but this is getting better and you can sell around it.
