Pros

1.) Solid career growth opportunity - I have over 10 years of work experience but Kaseya is the first company to increase my pay multiple times and promote me without having to build a case and fight for it, let alone even ask. 2.) You get what you put in; the comp package rewards hard work - You need to be a problem solver internally as much as externally, but it is recognized and rewarded. 3.) Management listens to feedback and adapts - Kaseya is a big company and anyone who's worked for a big company knows that there's bureaucracy involved when it comes to change. There is a time and a place to present issues with proposed solutions and, in my experience, upper management takes feedback to heart. 4.) Fun culture - My team is awesome and doesn't take work too seriously but we still grind together in busy periods and celebrate individual wins as much as team wins. 5.) They are investing heavily in their employees and customers

Cons

1.) Onboarding needs work - I have had to learn as I go for most of my time at Kaseya. Not really a bad thing for me because I learn better by experience, but something for some people to be aware of. 2.) A lot of KPIs that don't always measure how to succeed - I often have to sacrifice meeting my daily/ weekly metrics so that I can do what I know is an actual priority for myself and my customers. 3.) Most learning required for growth or in-depth product knowledge is expected to be done outside of office hours - this is difficult to do when there is never enough time in the day. 4.) Historically they don't have the best PR - This is something I have seen seriously improve since I began, but it is an obstacle to be aware of if you're looking into a sales role.
