      Pros

      Interesting technology - had the jump on the market - fairly flexible work enviornment

      Cons

      Unless you were in the inner circle you were never going to succeed or move up. This was confirmed when the company was sold and pretty much everyone got screwed - even those who had been loyal for years.

      Pros

      The people are what makes this place a nice place to work. Everyone works hard, is passionate about Kaseya and is good at what they do. There has been lots of change for the better. New CEO Yogesh really knows his stuff. Outlook of company looks very good.

      Cons

      Change - which is also a pro - in vision and culture takes time. The office could use a little colour and love. And people!

      Great Prospects with new owner and management team

      Pros

      The company has always had a great vision. Product works but has been stale the last few years. The new management team is making a difference and is committed to success. Some are better than others about leading vs managing and really caring about all the employees. Sales culture is really nice...everyone helps, even when they don't have to. Great people to work with around the company.

      Cons

      The product had lots of issues that weren't being fixed. Support is awful at following up. New management is fixing this and it seems to be making customers happier. Customers are demanding and cheap, they get very angry when they don't get what they want and keep complaining until they do. It puts a lot of pressure on sales people trying to do their job and it can be hard to take sometimes. It was just time to go.
