      -Dublin office is really a community, the work is hard but the people here really make it -The money is insane, if that is your main driver then this is the place for you -Stocks- we are hoping to PO in the next few years and we get options annually and if we over achieve targets we can get performance based options -Most functions are still being built out so the opportunity for lateral moves and promotions are endless

      -Fully in office (which you get used to lol)
