      Challenging and fast paced!

      Pros

      You will learn A LOT in a small amount of time. Those of you who think you aren't technical will come out of the training knowing a heck of a lot more about the industry than you could imagine.

      Cons

      People get fired without warning. It might sometimes feel like High school when you're in there.

      Pros

      There isn't room to slack off, but I prefer to be busy anyways. I think the company is going in the right direction and can't say anything negative about the team/culture/people.

      Cons

      Pay could be better, but they do pay pretty well for the area.

      Keeps getting better

      Pros

      Every day I'm excited to come into work. When I started, things honestly weren't as good as they are now, but the vision and leadership team have make a lot of positive changes for both our team and customers. I really enjoy being part of this family.

      Cons

      As with any job you love its easy to get sucked in and work too many hours. Most of this is my own doing because management is always encouraging to take time off as needed.
