I had a genuinely great experience interviewing with Kaseya. The entire process was fast and well-organized, and I felt truly seen and heard throughout. The interviewers were clearly interested in what I had to say, they took their time asking thoughtful questions and really aimed to understand who I was, not just as a professional but as a person. The conversations covered work-related and situational questions, but what stood out most was their focus on character and honesty. I appreciated how authentic the discussions felt. The HR team was also incredibly supportive from start to finish, providing helpful guidance that made me feel prepared and confident going in. Overall, I really enjoyed speaking with everyone I met and left the experience feeling both valued and excited for what’s ahead.

Cons

While it’s not a con for me, I understand that the on-site nature of the positions could be a drawback for some, especially those seeking hybrid or remote work options. Personally, I enjoy the office environment and the human connection it provides, so this setup works well for me.
