      Everything to do with the India centre leadership. The job is fine but the leadership is the worst part of it, too much politics. Unreal goals. At one point they almost told us everyday to write 5 star reviews on glass door.

      On the positive side, most of the employees were nice and professional. I also had the chance to attend some high-level calls, which were a bit overwhelming for me, but the people on those calls were kind enough to explain things and help me understand. The upper management seemed friendly too, though I didn't have much interaction with them.

      Cons

      I worked at the company for some time but unfortunately, my experience was not great. The environment felt toxic because of a person in the finance team. It was rude and unprofessional, always putting pressure to learn everything very quickly. Even made me feel bad for not having experience wilth the tool they were using. It was discouraging and made it difficult to feel comfortable in the role. Also, cannot understand why the CEO is too adamant on the WFO policy for roles that can be done remotely.
