Pros

Creativity, Flexibility, this company is in the right time of what technology needs protecting very efficiently end users against cybercriminals. This is a handycap that other markets of IT don´t have and are not living. Kaspersky has demonstrated the main preferences of their customers.

Cons

Sometimes, I feel Top management decissions taken from HQ in Russia are not flexible, or designed by a different reality, but not local, I mean as a benefit based in the local market of each country. An example is to take out Product Managers from Our partners like Ingram Micro, MAPS, Nexsys, or consider not to pay part of their salary. Sometimes Marketing campaigns are well designed by local people in my country, but sometimes approvals or fifferent ideas came from Russia, changing original ideas, not considering, how the real lolcal market is in the country, trends, people preferences, etc, So I think, local people must be listened carefully and be treated more profesional, respecting original local ideas.
