It’s truly some good people at Kastle to work with, that want the best for you. Unfortunately the good ones stay to themselves and seem burnt out due to politics and or unfair workload.

Cons

Training isn’t that good. They expect the Leads and Reps to train new hires instead of promoting internally. The Leads take on the bulk of the work and are often burnout. A few Account Managers are awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. There are a good handful who have no clue what they are doing and just bark orders for you to handle their work. Information is often gate kept.

There are good people who work for Kastle.

Cons

The good are outweighed by the bad. Promises get made to staff and not followed through. If you are looking for a place where you have a voice and are appreciated for your input, Kastle is not that place. Do not expect a smooth operation, this company has no SOP's. You get reprimanded for attempting to expand your skill set within the team when training is not provided. All of the knowledge for this company exists within the staff, and documentation of operations is for the most part, non existent.
