Falsely marketing themselves as a compassionate organization

Cons

HR and leadership will share confidential information if you complain about anyone, then use it against you. Abusive behavior from managers and Supervisors. Nothing was done about bullying from other coworkers. Food department extremely unhealthy and unclean (hair in food, cross-contamination).

It depends who trained you up first, but if you’re anything like me, I was given to trainers who didn’t seem to care about their job until I move to dayshift and that’s when I actually learned more but it was too late because I already had two failed exams that was needed for the job and when a patient expires, they tend to blame you
