Pros

Most nurses and techs work together as a team. There are a lot of residents and doctors around every corner, and all have been approachable for questions or concerns. It is a level 3 trauma so you'll learn a lot of good knowledge. The ED manager is very easy to get a hold of.

Cons

Pay for techs is low. Most people start out in nights. Not a lot of parking.
