flexible and lower staff friendly. Great place to work if you're laid back and like slow pace. If you're a shaker and mover; not for you.

Cons

Does not pay attention to staffs needs at clinics. Using old equipment and furniture. Leadership and managers spin wheels and lazy staff rarely held accountable.

Pros

They work well with your time off request. Decent benefits, very friendly work environment get to know many individuals around the District. You are not micromanaged.

Cons

No holidays (the use of personal PTO for any event). Management sometimes has no backbone to Stand by employees. Need more department cohesion. Continuing education opportunities are limited. Freezes on salary increases while hospital is still making good profit margins.
