      Not numbers driven. Poor communication. Poor leadership at some levels. Lacks discipline for under performing individuals

      Thanks for your input. Regardless of your role or department, there should be opportunities for you to grow. For some employees' advancement, it's not always a straight ladder up. There may be opportunities to step into a related role in a different department which could open more doors.
