If you get paid right . Then it's good income,but that's a big IF.

Cons

HR and Supervisors are not on same page. You get the run around for just about everything you ask. They hold you to a standard that is impossible to hit if you take breaks or lunch. It's like a obstacle course to get a working RF gladiator. Even harder to get reliable lift to pick. Then you have to watch your pay checks cuz they always try to minimize your pay and when you hit your incentive you have to bug them to get the pay for it.
