Cons

Very long unknown hours, freezer selectors have to sweep the freezer, warehouse freezer is unsafe to work in.

Great people.Ok wages. Did i say the best coworkers. Ever.

Cons

No continuity between diffrent jobs. Selectors dont communicate with the put away drivers who dont communicate with the recievers who dont communicate with IC and so on and so forth.

Pros

You will work with some of the smartest, thoughtful, caring people that you have ever worked with in your life. This Company is like a large family. Being employee owned is also an awesome benefit because we have a stake in the success of the Company.

Cons

The DC employees are overworked and the I am not confident that the right executive leadership is in place to solve the problem. Rather that prop and over zealous hott-head the Company should consider bring some talent in that actually capable of running a DC network.
