      Pros

      Trainers and everyone in general are nice and helpful. Since I recently started I've had many questions and I can generally just go up to anyone and ask. There are also color coded safety vests to help identify each type of leadership.

      Cons

      Can be a very confusing job for the first couple weeks and some things just can't be explained well enough to understand without actually doing it yourself.
