      Good pay and benefits, but extremely difficult work

      Pros

      Team members are usually kind and quick to help out when needed. Good pay and benefits packages, and profit sharing. Can go home early if work is finished, but this rarely happens unless you can go 115% for anywhere from 8 to 12 hours straight.

      Cons

      You will spend almost all of your time at work or recovering from it. It’s an unbelievably exhausting job, most shifts I walked over ten miles - and that’s alongside using a triple jack to select orders. In the six months I was there, I hardly ever finished on time as the work takes quite a while to perform and there’s just a lot to do every single day. The turnaround rate is also very high, as many people don’t even make it past the first few weeks after training. Rarely see supervisors.
