      Value oriented company, great benefits, good people. A positive corporate environment with room to grow as a whole person. Decent long-term benefits and knowledgeable senior leadership.

      Cons

      Tough client interface, limited team interactions, tactical communications, hourly wage make for a challenging environment that might overwhelm people new to the industry.

      The culture at KeHE has been amazing and I love that aspect of the company. The employee owned aspect of the company has been truly cherry on top.

      Cons

      It has been a struggle getting promoted & I hope that in the long run, KeHE truly promotes people that are not only deserving but are experienced and have achieved above and beyond expectations.
