Dept Manager I interviewed with was 20 minutes late to interview. Was then ghosted by HR rep and individual I interviewed with.

there are really no pros for me, it was 15 an hour when i worked there, health benefits were good. thats about it

This company cares only for themselves, they use you and get your union fees and then kick you out, i was fired for not meeting probation but the fired me right after I paid my dues. they refuse to give me my W-2 and constantly ask me for the home address to send it to. i use a p.o. box. and i am kind of glad I didnt update my address for them because i found out they leaked all my personal information, SSN included. this company to be honest, is a "Giant Lie" I actually plan on writing about this company, seeing that this company ruined my name. if you care for family and personal life, i repeat do not apply at this company. "DO NOT"

Pros

Overall company mission is good in that they attempt to make a positive contribution to communities.

Cons

Many family members in almost each department who report back any little thing. Such conflict of interest but company doesn't care or is oblivious to what is actually going on in the facility. Certain leadership is passive aggressive and think their intelligence is superior to everyone around them. Facility is a dump and company not willing to invest. Senior leadership doesn't even have faith in the local leadership to the point they conduct interviews for lower chain candidates. Culture is just horrendous!!!
