      Pros

      * Flexible when things are done correctly. Do the work your done for the day. * Immediate supervisor is nice and easy to work with

      Cons

      *30 miles or more from my house sometimes only for a small amount of work. *Late trucks take away from the flexibility *Poor communication from some sales reps and mgmt * Pay could be better * Sales Reps sometimes over order. inventory * Contracted work.....they end or change

      Pros

      Working independently with weekends off Not punching a time clock Can't really think of any other Pros to this job, it was truly a mistake ever taking this job.

      Cons

      Horrible Commission pay. Not really a sales rep. Just an order writer and a freight stocker for way below minimum wage when you do the math. Not a livable wage Drive own vehicle to death unpaid.

      Competitive hourly rate, extremely flexible hours, work alone, at your own pace and no boss breathing over your shoulder.

      Not enough hours in the off season
