      Excellent culture with competitive pay. Employee owned company so the people are top notch and have excellent values.

      Cons

      Occasional travel with regular corporate lodging accommodations.

      Pros

      The interveiw was a very open ended conversation. Seemed more like a tell me about my life and what makes me tick. Less strict interview/questions.

      Cons

      Really casual dress. Something I'm just not used to. It was a little districting not knowing if I was over dressed. But some could say I was over thinking it.

      Pros

      Worked unsupervised and was trusted to do the task at hand. Loved the fact that I was able to travel and not always stuck in one place!

      Cons

      Holiday hours were "killers"! But the pay was excellent!
