Plenty of time off to set at home. I cannot really think of many things positive about kehe/ tree of life.

Cons

You are nothing but a number to this company. I have never worked with so many greedy people in my life. My hours were cut back in in 2013 and the company blamed it on the ACA (Affordable Care Act). This company has a very misogynistic and homophobic atmosphere. Management is very unorganized to the point of insanity. KeHe is not employee friendly.

They give your breaks ,sick day, vacation,personal days, esop company with means employee stocks, the owner is very respectful.

Cons

Bad management in la facility ,they work with a average in each department ,so u work like a robotic manner.. They so favoritism to there own friends and move them up after a 3 month time
