No many, the pay is so so but not worth your time.

Cons

Ridiculous amount of micro management to the point you can't get your job done, the pay is below industry standard, and implementing new programs every week to legitimately frustrate you. Soon lowering wages. Promoting within good luck with that the good old boys system.

Pros

Working for a fast growing company in a very fast paced, always changing industry. Great experience if you have a good account manager. There was always something to do. Got to utilize my marketing abilities. Got my foot in the door for better opportunities.

Cons

Underpaid for the niche skill that this job requires. Difficult to get raises. Company says it was founded on christian values, but when you get everyone together those values are no where to be seen.
