Kehe owner is a good guy and has good morals, but the Los Angeles facility needs some help

They give your breaks ,sick day, vacation,personal days, esop company with means employee stocks, the owner is very respectful.

Cons

Bad management in la facility ,they work with a average in each department ,so u work like a robotic manner.. They so favoritism to there own friends and move them up after a 3 month time
