      Pros

      Was a good co until 2006. A race to the bottom then started by devaluing products , services and employees.

      Cons

      Massive turnover and if you're in management over 50 years old, they will end you employment.

      Faith oriented company, seems to be charitable-- not sure if company or just maybe employees

      Pay is based on state, so average is misleading. Terrible work-life balance- schedule changes daily. Reimbursement for cell and mileage are half of what i.r.s allows. Management is lousy. Changes in last few years- less pay, less reimbursement for out of pocket expenses, more work. The formula every company does now a days. It used to be a great company.
