Potential for growth in the industry if they focus Pay is decent

Cons

Male dominated management. Hard to find any women in higher levels. Nepotism is rampant in the company. Tries to do find sales in too many areas instead of focusing on growing the profitable ones.

Flexible schedule,. Was able to work independently and have control as to how to manage your own territory.

Cons

Wasn't compensated fairly, commission rate changed often. Mileage reimbursement was low, $.30/mile. Was laid off and only received a retention bonus, no severance pay after over 8 years of employment.
