-Low team morale -Corrupt senior management -Gossip, gossip, gossip -Management plays favorites -Pay raises are a choke -Unprofessional dress code

It is easy to obtain a position with this company. You primarily work alone and set your own hours. Manager usually helpful.

Cons

No base salary. Long hours. Shirt and tie job for basically stocking shelves. Having to pay for out of date products.

Excellent work environment with a strong culture of serving others and being socially responsible. Hours are flexible and benefits are good. Employee Stock Ownership Program is strong and a huge contributor to retirement.
