1yThanks for dropping the review! Strategy changes and workload are definite challenges here, especially with the rapid growth we've experienced...and we're not slowing down with some aggressive targets over the next 3 yrs. We don't shy away from being a GSD (Get *stuff* done) culture but I hope you've had conversations with your manager and HR on ways to adjust and succeed. Good luck out there!

In all seriousness, I hear you about the long hours. The work of an Order Selector is NOT easy, and we do our best to get new hires acclimated to the notion that the shift's not done until the work is done.
