      They don't really want you to stay with the company that long. Will find fractions that should be a write up to terminate. Not a long term job.

      The pay is the only good thing. But it won’t last long.

      Cons

      I was the 4th TM in over a year and a half. And I did not take heed to the warnings before I started. And that’s my fault; senior TM is a tyrant who you can not work with. You will not get the equipment you need because it will affect her bonus. You will take the job of course because of the pay. But you will be on this site saying my god you were right
