      Pros

      Company has a great model for employees to advance. They provide the way for them to learn and grow. Great benefit package, its definitely about taking care of employees.

      Cons

      Upper management plays favorites, they don’t hold supervisors accountable. Supervisors are allowed to verbally abuse their teams and lie about their employees to cover their own mistakes. When goals aren’t being met, when there is 200% employee turnover, that starts with the facility manager. The Portland facility has one of the lowest wages paid and lowest employee retention I’ve seen. Its almost impossible for regular employees to make bonuses or get raises or get promotions.

      Absolutely none that come to mind.

      Cons

      The HR turnover is the worst I've ever seen, and that starts from the top. Horrible, inadequate HR leadership has caused turnover to exponentially increase over the past 6 months.
