      Pros

      Equal opportunity, you have to work hard and be exceptional but if you are then your future will be bright.

      Cons

      Positions can stay filled for awhile if no one moves up. Pay bumps are difficult to negotiate if the budget is limited for your department.

      Pay is fair and commission has come a long way.

      Shifts aren’t the best and there’s really no telling of when you’ll be off especially if you need to help other departments.

      Great management team, they were very flexible and always available to help.

      Commute to and from Naperville to Chicago not the greatest.

      Thanks for the review! Happy to hear you had the management support and flexibility you needed. Chicago to Naperville can be quite a haul depending on where you live, so I understand that struggle. While our hybrid work policy offers 2 days remote, 3 days in office, we know that's not going to work for everybody. I hope you were able to land somewhere else that's better suited for you.
