      Pros

      People who have been here 7+ years are treated great.

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth. No opportunity for more pay. Additional responsibility added regularly with no additional incentive. No advancement opportunities for most departments.

      As a well qualified applicant for the position, I can't find any.

      Cons

      Dept Manager I interviewed with was 20 minutes late to interview. Was then ghosted by HR rep and individual I interviewed with.

      Pros

      Overall company mission is good in that they attempt to make a positive contribution to communities.

      Cons

      Many family members in almost each department who report back any little thing. Such conflict of interest but company doesn't care or is oblivious to what is actually going on in the facility. Certain leadership is passive aggressive and think their intelligence is superior to everyone around them. Facility is a dump and company not willing to invest. Senior leadership doesn't even have faith in the local leadership to the point they conduct interviews for lower chain candidates. Culture is just horrendous!!!
