Pros

Salary is very competitive. 430am to 130pm schedule is helpful if you have kids to pick up from school.

Cons

Upper Management does not back you up. They say they will but then they don’t. They put out a lot of new expectations for associates and give supervisors the task of rolling out these changes, but they don’t give you the information needed. This place employs a ton of veteran employees (15+ years) and they expect immediate changes when the company itself has pampered bad attitudes and bad work ethic.

The hours were manageable and offered good work-life balance. The pay was competitive compared to similar roles in the area.

Cons

*Management tends to prioritize their own interests, creating an environment where favoritism affects fairness and morale. *Since the new CEO was hired, there have been numerous changes that have not been implemented thoughtfully and have negatively impacted daily operations. *Although the company is trying to improve its processes, many of the changes feel rushed or poorly coordinated, resulting in confusion and unnecessary complications for staff. *Frequent hiring followed by layoffs of key contributors has created inconsistency and has weakened important areas of the business.
