Pros

They changed management and didn't tell me for 6 weeks. They coddle the laziest people ignore the hardest working. You are laughing all the way to the bank though.

Cons

They don't treat drivers with respect. The whole transportation department gets the shaft. No employee of the month or lunch parties for them. The other drivers are semi retired that only work. Nothing else going on in their lives.
