      The behavior from the staff needs to be worked on. From the way they speak to you alway down to their approach. Your own a board just waiting all day for a call to come in. Shifts starts at 4 in a.m.. Stealing referrals lying as if they recommend someone. The stealing of hours worked Falling asleep in the office Management leaving work before their shift over Drinking on the job

      Very lenient work wise and schedule and guaranteed hours.

      Cons

      Base pay is 18$ an hour, you could earn more with incentive but it’s pretty hard to hit due to horrible inventory issues
