      Employee owned, with ownership options after a year. Genuinely good people. The care about their employees as much as a corporation can.

      Cons

      Not the most competitive pay at the beginning, but a great start for Supply Chain careers.

      good health coverage, remote flexible hours

      Cons

      Lack of communication from onboarding team. Remote team milage reimbursement lacks flexibility in the type of car needed with large insurance packages required and doesn't cover basic coverage for monthly expenses. Lack of pay equality and transparency for hourly employees. Very little growth and opportunity to grow with this company.
