Business Outlook
Pros
Employee owned with ESOP and great 401k benefits. Raise opportunities every year based off performance. 2 weeks vacation after one year, 3 weeks after 5 years. plus sick time and select holidays off depending on department, usually volunteer based. Accrued sick time.
Cons
Lacking good management and training. Moving up in the company is very difficult, they almost always hire outside for upper positions. There are a select few that are great managers but getting on their team is difficult. Obvious favoritism.
