      Pros

      KeHE offers room to grow with in the company and has strong core values and civility codes. It also helps with continued education. It’s involved in community with out reach project here and abroad. Overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      You need a strong alliance with management to advance, merit’s alone are not enough.some promotions appear to be grandfathered.

      Absolutely none that come to mind.

      Cons

      The HR turnover is the worst I've ever seen, and that starts from the top. Horrible, inadequate HR leadership has caused turnover to exponentially increase over the past 6 months.
