      Pros

      100% remote work available Employee owned - so a portion of yearly gains is given to employees in a retirement account Full benefits - 401k - Increasing PTO with years of service Competitive pay for the job

      Cons

      Lots of work to be done, not able to be done in 40 hour weeks. No OT or compensation for salary employees Department Managers are hit or miss. Some are incredibly awesome, some are incredibly awful
