I had a terrible experience working at the Kearney Dubai office, which included multiple instances of experiencing a cruel and completely insensitive culture. For instance, I was suffering from a debilitating bout of Covid, but was made to still work (that too ~16 hours a day) - with my engagement manager having the audacity to say "If you are vaccinated, you shouldn't have any symptoms." Overall, incompetent consultants, zero investment on learning and development, your staffing preferences will never be taken into consideration, and it's a complete sweatshop environment. No point in complaining to HR/Partners, they will always side with managers. Other people will be quick to take credit for your efforts, and put you down in an effort to extract more work from you. Join if you are looking for a mental health breakdown - that too within months of joining.
