      Pros

      Incredible people who want to help one another succeed and make the work we do fun and exciting. Tons of opportunities for stretch roles and trying something new/outside your comfort zone.

      Cons

      Leadership is reactionary rather than strategic (despite working on strategy for clients)- lots of ebbs and flows rather than steady.

      The culture is the best, people are brilliant and very relaxed. You will learn and improve skills all the time. Teamwork, cooperation (as a global firm) and horizontal governance.

      Cons

      Long work hours, too much travel, difficult to manage work-life balance. Consulting means you see little projects through to execution
