Pros

There are many highly motivated and smart people High emphasis on diversity and inclusion makes the working environment very fair and inviting Strong and visible leadership who lead by example

Cons

Lot of turnover and confusion after change of internal operating system. Wish the bonus was higher for management service staff. Sometimes the pay doesn’t make up for the long hours you put in, but flexible hours and high tolerance for remote working makes up for it somewhat. Career opportunity may be a little limited for management service staff. No tuition reimbursement system for management service staff. Consultants make management service staff feel like second class citizens sometimes.

Pros

Great culture, entrepreneurial, very smart and down-to-earth co-workers, interesting projects (if you can avoid typical sourcing/procurement projects), ability to work abroad and/or transfer offices

Cons

Too much focus on sourcing / procuring, limited ability to work on projects of interest, can get "held" on an account for long periods of time
